It's been a long time now since the Aliens first came to Earth, trying to eliminate the human race to claim back their planet. The original members have wandered to other corners of the world, and relationships have been shattered at the thought of another team. However, when a girl name Mana finds herself meeting with a man named Shirogane Ryou, he decides to start up the project for the second time. Meanwhile, a group of aliens descend upon the planet with the plan to finish the work that their ancestors had started the first time. Forget everything you knew about Tokyo Mew Mew--this is a whole new generation.
